Job Title : Accounting Supervisor
Reports to : Accounting Manager
Job Location: HCMC
Remuneration: Discussion
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
-Manage costing, BOM and perform variance analysis of actual versus standard cost
-Conduct and reconcile periodical count of inventory and factory equipment
-Control invoice matching of raw materials receipts
-Perform A/P transaction including making payment
-Monitor A/R and do cash and sales reconciliation
-Review accounting entries
-Prepare for month-end closing and management report
-Prepare periodic statutory reports and support annual audit
-Other tasks assigned by line manager from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc :

REQUIREMENTS
1. Education/ Professional qualification required:
-Bachelor’ degree in Accounting
-Familiar with Vietnamese Accounting System
-Good understanding of Taxation and Fiscal Standard (VAT, CIT, PIT and WHT)
-Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good team player
-Fluent or good English communication both in speaking & writing
-Good computer skills (MS Office)
2. Experience and Abilities required:
- Experience of at least 7 years for this position, prefer in a manufacturing multinational company
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong and good knowledge and implement the tax regulation
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure security for document, information and projects
3. Behavior and Functional competence:
- Good detail orientation and work organizational skills required
- Comprehensive communications skills
- Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent
