Mô tả công việc :

• Ensure timely collection of overdue outstanding in AR module of ERP
• Assure timely and accurate invoicing, reconcile shipment with customer before issue VAT invoice, ensure timely issue VAT invoice to avoid collection delay.
• Co-ordinate with site CSR, sales and customer if any unreconciled item.
• Data validation among SO, PO and DN.
• Follow company policy to monitor and report on overdue status for all accounts, conduct credit checks on all customer, establish, manage credit limits.
• Manage AP module of ERP , make sure payment application is applied properly to all vendors.
• Perform month-end closing
• Make recommendations to improve of invoicing and collection procedures
• Ensure continuous review and improvement on the process in collection team
• Assist supervisor to boost team engagement level, take full responsibility, proactive thinking, contribute a positive, energetic and active environment to the team
• Ad hoc task as required by Supervisor and Manager
• Swiftly report the overdue performance, and escalate the collection problem to Shenzhen finance team if any.
• Closely coordinate with CSR, sales, PM and other departments for internal process aim to improve the accuracy ratio of invoice, the product receipt process for timely invoice on daily basis.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• College degree or above in Accounting or equivalent
• Having at least 04 years of experience as the same position
• Good in MS Word, MS Excel, email and internet
• Good communication in English or Chinese (both spoken and written)
• Be able to work under pressure, good at problem solving skills
