Mô tả công việc :

- In charge of running the operations of office buildings, serviced apartments or shopping malls
- Supervise, train and monitor the technical team
- To develop, implement and monitor standard technical procedures for the buildings
- Work with the Property Manager to develop, implement and monitor budgets and financial planning for technical equipment in the buildings
- Work closely and build a good relationship with tenants and the landlord alike
- To support member of the on-site team with technical and engineering advice and support
- Development and continuous improvement of technical and engineering resources for the department
- Support other Asset Services projects and activities with your specialized skills, experience and teamwork
- Other jobs as assigned by the Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University degree in engineering, or related
- 5 years of experience in chief engineer position in office buildings, hotels, serviced apartments
- Excellent understanding of engineering and technical matters
- Strong management skills
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Experience in dealing with multinational clients and ability to communicate with people in a professional manner
- Computer literacy
