Mô tả công việc :

▪ Develop, monitor and tracks subcontractor performance
▪ Leading a team to place/monitor the orders to subcontractors daily.
▪ Coordinates with sub-contractors and in-house teams for emergency response, fixing issue in the working flow.
▪ Establishes and maintains daily interface with PM and subcontractors providing updates, status, reporting, issue identification/resolution
▪ Balances customer expectations with internal business goals
▪ Expand lists of potential vendors and subcontractors through electronic, telephone, and in-persons meetings

Yêu cầu công việc :

▪ University graduate in the field of business or engineering.
▪ At least 5-years of sub-contractor management experience.
▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with documented supervisory experience.
▪ English/Chinese speaking is preferable.
▪ Well-organized, results-oriented, energetic, team player with proven decision making ability.
