Mô tả công việc :

• Taking ownership of customers issues reported in Vietnam and follow problems through to resolution.
• Investigate and solving customers problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
• Achieve customer support satisfaction goals and work with the team on a consistent basis.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution to sales team, customer and regional headquarter on software issue.
• Develop support procedures, policies and standards.
• Keep accurate records and document customer support actions and discussions.
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
• Achieve customer support satisfaction goals and attention to detail.
• Explain current market issues highlighted and work closely with regional headquarter office.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Deep understanding of network, IoT, Linux and Android technologies, security and embedded system.
• Accomplish projects and given tasks within timeframe
• Willing to travel and visiting customer on short notice.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• In-depth experience working with Linux, Android and software especially in networking, modem, WIFI, Bluetooth, IoT or TV products will be an advantage.
• C/C++ language development including edit, compile and debug in embedded environment will be an advantage.
• Handling test equipment.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• English: Advance
