We are looking for an enthusiastic Server Engineer who loves to build online mobile game-servers that can support thousands to millions of users. And above all, motivation and a passion for mobile games!
As a member of the top-level Engineering team in GO GAME Vietnam, your day-to-day responsibilities consists of:
• Gather requirements, system design and development
• Deploy and maintain software systems
• Working with the latest in Amazon AWS Cloud Technologies
• Developing high-scale / high-load / distributed solutions
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Design, implementation, and ongoing support of client/ support applications
• Oversee the integration of systems and manage subsystems
• Debugging of code, scripting of new code, and stability and usability with the rest of the teams to provide satisfying game play
• Fix bugs and resolve production issues in a timely manner by taking time to understand the issue

Yêu cầu công việc :

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:
General Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience in game industry
• Pro-active and willing to learn and adapt new technologies
Technical Skills:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Eclipse/ Inteliji
• Knowledge of J2EE, Struts 2, Spring MVC
• Hands on experience with Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix OS and development tools
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as git
Other Skills:
• Working language: English - Good at reading and writing and Fair at speaking and listening
• Comfortable working in an intense and high-growth startup environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independent as well as being a team player
