Mô tả công việc :

- Welcomes guests
- Process check in, check out for all arrivals / departures
- Resolve guests complaints
- Manages incoming requests from the hotel communications systems (telephone, email, etc).

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Good looking
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese
- Vocational school graduated
- Front Office/Concierge experience in the hotel
- Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
