About URGO Vietnam
Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will work at URGO Group’s subsidiary which opened 20 years ago in
Vietnam. We have 2 separate business units, Consumer Healthcare and Medical Care. You will join our
dynamic 70+ people team and focus on Medical Care business. We are a global leader in providing wound
healing solutions to healthcare professionals.
About URGO Medical Leadership Program:
This is a 24 – month leadership program for young graduates who look to set first steps in the healthcare
sector, and intend to develop a career in Marketing & SFE. During the program, you will rotate through
different business functions, SFE, Marketing and Medical. At the end of the program, you will be wellequipped to land permanent roles at URGO.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Skills and Competency
- Excellent communication skill, verbally and in written, in both Vietnamese and English
- High attention to details
- Problem solving skill and be able to think on your own feet
- Analytical thinking
- MS Office proficient, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems will be appreciated
- Teamwork, Time-management, NegotiationB.
Background
- Any Bachelors’ degrees, preferably an analytical degree, such as Economics, Mathematics, Finance,
Pharmaceutical, etc.
- Demonstrate the required competencies through university projects, extracurricular activities.
Program Structure
- Introduction: Learn about URGO GROUP, our business segments, product portfolio
- Rotations: Complete a minimum of two job rotations and lead key project
- Management exposure: Interact with regional / international managers
