Learning & Development (L&D) Intern

We are pleased to invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position in our Ho Chi Minh City office.
Key Responsibilities:
The Intern will report to Manager/ Deputy Manager and Senior L&D Officers, main responsibilities will be:
• Administering training events planned by L&D. This includes preparation work before, during and after training events
• Liaison work with participants and instructors of training events
• Monitoring and updating participants’ completion of their training events
• Summarising the evaluation forms of training events
• Vetting expenses claims by participants and instructors for training events and obtaining appropriate approvals
• Collating data and information for L&D quarterly and annual reporting

Yêu cầu công việc :

Requirements:
• Final year student or fresh graduate with Bachelor degree in Business related major;
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
• Strong client service attitude;
• Good computer skills;
• Organisation and planning skills;
• Ability to work under high pressure and work in a team as well as individually;
• Attention to details;
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and strict adherence to deadline
