Mô tả công việc :

* Job Description:
- To manage the day to day membership services activities and personnel.
- To regularly review the membership benefits offered to the membership recommending improvements as appropriate to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- To implement membership services policies and procedures aimed at providing a consistent professional service standard at all times.
- Create and recommend innovative member events.
- Issue membership cards and all membership credentials to new members and provide them with an orientation of the golf club.
- Assist the members in making reservations to use the facilities.
- Regularly disseminate golf club information to the membership.
- Maintain accurate and up to date member records.
- Process the membership transfer as requested by the member.
- Support the Membership Services Manager to periodically conduct member satisfaction surveys collating the results.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Female (24 - 30 years old), 1m58 above, good looking is preferred
- Fluently in english, include four skills (Speaking, listening, writting, reading)
- Graduated from College/University major in English, economic or relevant.
- Good communication skills.
