Mô tả công việc :

* Be responsible for quality management and improvement, ensure they comply with regulations and guidelines
* Develop and implement system to meet the companys requirements
* Find and create partnership with new potential suppliers. Manage the input material quality.
* Follow up quality service performed by staff to customers (handle complaints, feedbacks…)
* Guide QA/ QC team to ensure quality standard
* Assist employees in technical trainings and ensure training quality
* Cooperate with HR team in managing staffs performance and motivation

Yêu cầu công việc :

To be qualified for this position, you need to possess:
* Bachelor degree in Engineering: Mechanical/ Electrical, Manufacturing or Quality management…
* Understanding in ISO standards as well as other standards
* Lean six sigma certification
* At least 7-8 years of working experience in manufacturing industry and/ or quality management
* Experience in leadership and employee management
* Experience in customer service and training
* Good communication skills
* Fluent English skills
