Mô tả công việc :

QS Mechanical Engineer will take in charge of responsibilities as follow:
- Read and understand ITB
- Estimate quantity from drawings
- Contact suppliers, subcontractors to get quotation
- Make tender documents as requested by ITB
- Build cost & technical database for work
- Look for and build relationship with suppliers, subcontractors.
- Other tasks assigned by Leaders.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- College/University graduation, major in Thermal Refrigerant Technology/Water Supply & Drainage or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of working experience in MEP estimation work;
- Having good knowledge in HVAC, Fire and P&S;
- Analytical and problem solving skills, effective communications skills, proficient highly level & time management skills;
- Fluently in English: TOEIC speaking with score 600 or above;
- Excellent in computer skills and specialized software.
