Mô tả công việc :

• To maintain Quality Management System for the QC Department
• To achieve quality objective of the QC Department
• To act as Internal Quality Auditor as require by IQS procedures
• To manage the documentation system for the QC Department
• To maintain good inter department working relationship for both internal and external QC
• To manage manpower review for QC Department from time to time
• To ensure Safety and Health regulation are complied with in the working area
• To manage preventive and corrective action with regards to all the feedbacks/complaints for the product
• To attend all the annual quality meetings organized by buyers such as WSI, Nitory etc

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Engineering background with minimum of ten years in manufacturing and production environment, preferably from the same industry
• Minimum of ten years in leadership position
• Excellent understanding and experience of production and ODM
• Excellent business English. Knowledge of Chinese will be advantageous
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities
• Visionary
