Mô tả công việc :

- Make the annual sales plan for allocated products
- Implement and monitor the sales plan to meet the target
- Developing and prepare plan to launch new products
- Product knowledge attainment
- Manage and control sales representatives
- Set objectives and propose budget for each product
- Provide timely sales data and productivity analysis, market research
- Manage the budget within approved limits
- Create a good relationship with KOLs and set up key doctor database
- Develop product training to Field Force on an ongoing basis
- Other tasks assigned by BOD

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Gender : Male / Female
- University graduation
- prefer to cardiovascular product sales experience
- Good inter-personal skills
- To be active, creative and team work
- Dynamic and self-motivated character
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Computer literacy: MS office
