WECHEER SA (formerly HiKaMi Digital SA) is a Swiss incorporated tech start-up which currently has large multinational beer companies as clients and operates in multiple countries. Having just closed a Series-A investment round, we are now set for exponential growth.
Money is the fuel of every company, but in a start-up, careful allocation of all company resources is especially important and critical. As a growing, multinational start-up with operations in multiple countries; we have all the challenges of a bigger company however with the limited resource of a start-up. We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to strengthen our financial foundations for continued success in the context of the growing complexity of our business.
You have a vision of how you see finance’s role as part of a high performing organization, and you know what needs to be done to get there. In areas you are less familiar with, you learn quickly and are fast on the ground. You know how to get things done, and use modern tools to do it efficiently.
You have proven experience leading and developing teams as well as facing diverse challenges and opportunities. You are familiar with the entire finance function and are on a career track to be CFO. Initially you will report to the COO.
You will work closely with the board of directors to develop the financial & business strategy of the company supported by timely reporting, analysis and simulations. You will lead any future investment rounds and support investor relations. This position gives you the unique opportunity to shape the development of the business.

• Lead & develop a finance team, manage external partners
• Your responsibilities cover all aspects of finance for the company:
a. Management Accounting
b. Financial Accounting
c. Tax Strategy, Reporting & Compliance
• In addition, as part of a broader scope, you take the lead on:
a. Commercial Legal
b. Corporate Legal
c. Investor Relations
d. Internal Control
Is it for you?
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• General knowledge of multiple financial fields and practical experience in at least two
• Fluent in English AND working knowledge of French or German, any other language is a plus
• Experience managing a team, including recruitment
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software, for example Xero, is a plus.
• Positive “can-do” attitude & team player
• Entrepreneur at heart & Curious
• Love beer, love food is a plus!
