Mô tả công việc :

- Lead & Manage a shift of Assembly department
• Identify, standardize, optimize and maintain line runing smoothly across shift
• Ensure all product KPI: Production delivery & efficiency, Quality (OBA & Process), MFR, scrap cost, product inventory accuracy and control
• Ensure line readiness: verification and ramp up curve
- People management ( Line leader/ Operator) ensure to achieve absenteeism targets
- Collaborate with cross function team, operation excellent of shift pattern and department
- Setup and bring up production capacity support to business.
- Ensure social environmental & regulatory commence.
- 5S3R activies of assigned group

Yêu cầu công việc :

1.Educational background: Engineering college level up
2. Experiences: Experience 2-4 years in Electronics components Assembly
Prefer to Smartphone and Television assembly.
3. Skills:
- End to end manufacturing process understanding
- People Management: Managing, supervising, evaluating, developing people
- Team Management: Ability to manage team
- Technical Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of technical equipment
- Loss in Production Management: Knowledge of management tools/skills to control loss in production
- Planning and logistics knowledge
- Conflict management
- English communication
- Problem solving skill
- Cost Control skills
- Supervisory skills
- Interpersonal relationship skill
4. Others:
- Willing to work in shift
