Mô tả công việc :

• Accounts Receivable responsible (distributor and direct sales to customers). Performs a monthly reconciliation with the distributor and follow up distributor/customer payment.
• Validation / Reconciliation of 3PL Charges Invoices.
• Responsible for local Tax Reporting (VAT, CIT, WHT, PIT for non RDV employees). Control, distribution and filing of VAT Tax Invoice. Reconciliation of tax report vs GL accounts.
• Assists Financial Accounting Manager in compliance with local tax regulation and identifying tax risks.
• Review documents for FOC transactions. Review and analyze FOC transactions and general ledger accounts (sample, COGS account) to identify tax risk.
• Monthly analysis of input VAT for deduction from output VAT. Re-class to expense of output VAT posted to customers’ accounts as a result of FOC invoicing solution.
• Recognize instrument sales.
• Posting customs Advance and entries of import duties and input VAT on all importations.
• Coordinate the completion of inventory adjustment (write-on, write-off stock stake adjustment) documents.
• Perform month end, quarter end and year end financial closing in SAP
• Assist Financial Accounting Manager in preparation of statutory financial statements and Transfer Price Tax report and external and internal audit
• SAP key user for FI.
• Filing of work related documents
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university / tertiary institution.
2- 3 years of related experience, preferably with a multinational Company
Must possess knowledge of SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office applications
Adequate knowledge of Vietnam accounting regulations related to assigned tasks.
