Mô tả công việc :

- Monitor and control the dossiers and payment conditions, make payment for construction items strictly according to regulations, according to the signed contracts.
- Control data from cost estimates to final accounts;
- Manage receivable and payable debts of the project;
- Receipt, inspect contract of construction, cost estimates with contractors and relevant departments;
- Other tasks assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Age: 25 - 45 years.
- Gender: Male / Female
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Audit field
- English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) fluency
- Proficient in office software and software for work
- At least 3 years experience work in the same position.
- Priority: Candidates with experience in construction companies, general contractors, industrial investment.
- Understand the law of accounting and tax
