Reports to : Agency Administration Assistant Manager
Job Scope / Position Summary
• Purpose of this role:
- Responsible for compensation & payment of Tied Agency, Agent termination process for Bancassurance and Coporate Agent channels
• Please indicate financial and non-financial KPIs for this role.
- Accurate & timely commission, KPIs, tax calculation of Tied Agency
- Accurate & timely income payment to Tied Agency
- Accurate & timely process for agent termination of Bancassurance and Coporate Agent channels
- Accurate & timely reports provided to management & sale force
• Please give a description of key challenge of this role:
- Rush of business requirements to adapt the rapid changes of business in the competitive environment (big volumn for agent termination, new compensation, …applied immediately)
- System is not ready for all business requirements or changes, required skillful staff to self-develop manual tools to calculate commission, KPIs, tax, reports…
• Please describe which parties are usual contact in their role including internal or external parties and describe the nature of communication with these parties:
- BD, AS, AC, AT, CS & Agency Force of Tied Agency channel to support sales (receive requirements to deduct/hold/release income, answer income related query…)
- IT (check & follow up system issues relating to commission, KPIs, tax, payment of Tied Agency)
- FIN to process payment to all distribution channels
Main Responsibility
• Deliver all Tied Agency channel’ s Compensation related tasks, both routine and ad-hoc to meet multi-requirements on timely manner
• Builds new, automates and enhances current calculating tools, including all incentives, contests, reports to ensure timely and accurate communication & payment to sales force.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education :
• University Degree in Mathematics/Business Administration or IT/technical related
Experience :
• Compensation related experience in Multi-national life insurance companies: at least 2 years
• Systems development Exposure
Skills :
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Access
• Good Communication and presentation skill in both Vietnamese and English
• Team work spirit.
