Mô tả công việc :

* Be knowledgeable about all guest related aspects, stressing on his preferences and itinerary in order to ensure an unforgettable experience. Acting as a combination of ‘Personal Assistant, invaluable friend and local guide’ during guest’s resort stay, the Assistant Club InterContinental Manager helps Club InterContinental guests to get the most from their stay at Club InterContinental, the resort and the destination itself.The Assistant Club InterContinental Manager oversees and ensure the Butlers set the stage and creates the memorable experience of each guests’ stay.

* Assists the Club InterContinental Manager in management of all activities and events including:

- Supervise the team for each allocated shift on all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future VIPs.
- Supervise and assist Club InterContinental Manager on all aspects of Club InterContinental Lounge for Front Office, Housekeeping, Butler Service, and Food and Beverage service. She/he also assists the Club InterContinental Manager with administration and training for team members.
- Maintains excellent relations and communications with Departmental Team as well as all other hotel departments

- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

-Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results

- A passion for delivering superior results

- Good Interpersonal Skills

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

- Update knowledge of Front Office, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping

* Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

* Experience

- 5 years of guest service / hotel experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
