Mô tả công việc :

Position Objective: To help CAO on updating business situation, performance of sales force reflecting through compensation, products, training, recruitment and provide the updated reports for business quality analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Based on annual KPI and CAO’s direction/ guideline as well as each team’s growth requirements to set up clear target regarding APE, manpower, new recruits for each ADs/RDs.
2. Create measurement system/reports according to the key metrics to support agency management team to keep track and adjust the agency performance.
3. Collaborate with related department to establish ready data input tools as well as report template according to the training courses, coaching, recruiting activities requirement to ensure it could be tracked and measured accordingly.
4. Working with IT to create daily/monthly sales/ recruiting activity results to help every member of sales force and management team tracking all result vs. target to help Agency Management Team to evaluate business development quality in each location for further action.
5. Provide daily/monthly/quarterly all tracking reports as well as key metrics analytical reports for next business activity plan.
6. Build quality delivery tracking report for training/ recruiting/coaching for all trainers, coaches for evaluation purpose.
7. Measure & Evaluate effectiveness of all related service level to sales team and also the business quality of each sales team for improvement based on required KPIs.
8. Any other task assigned by CAO

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Education: BA, social graduates would be preferred
Experience: minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance industry, strong knowledge in agency business especially in Training & Development.
