Mô tả công việc :

* Job description : Assist Management controller to:
- Coordinate and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational activities for the management of the company
- Produce benchmarks against which to measure the performance of stores
- Monthly track and update to the management, interpretation of financial information (sales, rebates, trades), review of margins on categories of products, reporting of KPI metrics
- Set-up and follow benchmarks in terms of margins between stores in order to establish action plans to improve nationwide performances
- Follow performance of promotion campaigns and provide analyses accordingly
- Ensure the implementation of action plans and sales strategies as well as an efficient internal control tools
- Budgeting process: making forms for budget, preparing and checking budget sent from specialized controllers, consolidation
- Control cost (checking requests, analysing gaps versus Budget and N-1)
- Provide ad hoc financial analyses as needed

- Final year student
- Major: Finance, Accounting, Economics
- Can work Full-time: Mon-Fri ( Allowed to be absent from work because of studying. Details will be discussed in the interview meeting)
- Good at English and Microsoft Excel
