Mô tả công việc :

1. Organization & Labor Management
- Finding and improving organizational improvements
- Response of labor issues and establishment of preventive measures
2. Evaluation & Compensation
- Establish/improve an evaluation system
- Management of key performance indicators
- Establish compensation policies (financial and non-financial)
3. Personnel Management Plan
- Establishing a personnel strategy
- Establishing/improvement of operational plans such as human resources promotion, evaluation, compensation, labor management plan (inefficiency, etc.)
4. Human Resource Promotion & Maintenance
- Establishing a manpower demand plan
- Establish/implement plans for recruitment and management of human resources
5. Overcoming the Cultural Differences (between Korea and Vietnam)
- Coordinates cultural differences with parent company (Korea) based on understanding of Vietnamese company & employee culture

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Have at least 7 years working experiences in the same positon, preferable in IT/ Software environment
2. Fluent English communication
3. good communication and negotiation skills
4. Have good knowledge about Vietnam labor law and regulations
5. Preferential treatment
- Career in IT / software company
- Fluent Korean communication
