Mô tả công việc :

Position Summary:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for quality control and meet customer’s requirements.
Customer liaison, implementation and improvement of statistical methods, quality cost analysis, specification and procedure development, and assisting with plant quality audits.
Working location：1 year in Penang，Malaysia；After 1 year， back to work in Bac Ninh, Vietnam.
Responsibility:
1. Provides Quality control to ensure customer requirements are met once tooling is transferred into manufacturing;
2. Acts as liaison relative to customer specifications, customer quality requirements, and customer problems;
3. Review customer complaints, analyze returns and make recommendations for corrective action;
4. Review statistical data and present in a graphical format. Assist plants in implementation of statistical methods and quality improvement programs;
5. Continually strive to improve: testing methods, tooling, and equipment through statistical sampling, that will ensure adequate quality in our manufactured product;
6. Monitor all manufacturing processes through audits and daily evaluations, to ensure that processes are being followed, and short cuts are not being taken, jeopardizing the quality of our product;
7. Prepare and implement Process Flow Charting, Process Capability Analysis (CpK), Pareto Analysis, Control Charting, APQP, FMEA, Statistical Acceptance Sampling, Root Cause Analysis;
8. Avoid or reduce quality loss;
9. Conduct verification audits of implemented corrective action;
10. Travel as necessary to customers and suppliers to control problem areas.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Requirements:
1. BS Degree in Science / Engineering discipline or equivalent manufacturing experience;
2. Injection molding experiences for 3 +years;
3. Experience in product and process failure analysis and an understanding of quality techniques such as SPC, TQM, MRB etc;
4 Fluently English speaking, Chinese will be a plus;
