Mô tả công việc :

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
1. Serve as the Super-user of all applications related to the production processes.
2. Responsible for local application administration duties on all in-plant applications including manufacturing, purchasing, planning, product structures, accounting, human resource and payroll. Must understand how systems and business link together.
3. Define application training plans
4. Conduct application training for users
5. Support on-site ad hoc query requirements
6. Review and document business processes, identify process issues and recommend solutions to management in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the production applications and processes.
7. Participate in the project planning process with end users, business analysts and team members.
8. Serve as the 24x7 on call support for assigned production application(s).
9. Adhere to and provide accountability for application security procedures, change control guidelines Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and Global IT and Business Standards and Policies.

Special Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
