Mô tả công việc :

Business Focus
- Understand business strategy, technology and industry trends to adapt to organizational objectives, and develop strategic plans to meet goals.
- Keeping up-to-date with the most recent technologies and advising on what new technological solutions and their implementation will meet business and systems requirements.
Departmental Management
- Plans and controls departmental staffing, development, organization, hardware acquisitions, and facilities to ensure that they are consistent with the business plan of the company
- Securing the data and the IT systems against loss or attack by computer viruses or other external threats.
- Build and maintain an IT team, which may involve recruiting, hiring and mentoring staff.
Budget control
- Planning, developing and implementing the IT budget and obtaining competitive prices from suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness;
- Creating a budget for each project as well as managing the financial aspects of the entire IT department such as purchases and ongoing budgeting.
IT Project Management
- Accomplish IT project objectives by planning, managing and evaluating project activities.
Operation and Process
- Establishes or revise IT policies, standards, practices and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard information resources.
- Review IT procurement specifications where necessary to ensure relevancy of current policies in relation to business and operational needs
- Conduct appropriate training to employee to increase their awareness in securing confidential information.
- Analyzing, researching and recommending improvements to current systems and infrastructure
- Ensuring that technological resources work reliably, meet production goals and will function into the future

Yêu cầu công việc :

Knowledge:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required and master’s degree is preferred
- Certificate related to IT field is desirable
- Technical knowledge and skills such as Windows Server, Linux System, Microsoft Active Directory, Cisco / Extreme or similar...
Experience:
- A minimum 5 years of experience managing and/or directing an IT operation
- Experience with Systems/software ERP and SAP or Oracle (check)
Competencies:
- Strong leadership and management skills including project management
- Solution oriented and Decision making.
- Good at oral and written presentation skills, interacts well at all levels of the organization.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to build effective teams to achieve high levels of performance.
- Good at English is a must (4 skills)
