Mô tả công việc :
- Supervise the Vietnam Sales Team in implementing strategies and tactics for achieving Sales target.
- Interface with the Operations team to ensure that the country’s demand requirements are well known and accepted
- Working closely with Marketing & S.E.Asia Corporate team
- Set clear KPIs and responsibility for Sales members, conduct training, coaching and reviewing their performance
- Cost Optimization and Process Standardization
- Develop close and long-term relationships with customers nationwide
- Determine the need for new products and continually review the need for existing products
- Provide technical support to customers relating to the product issues
- Ensure corporate compliance in line with the regulations in the region
Yêu cầu công việc :
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, preferably Optometry or Ophthalmology
- At least 10 years experience in direct sales with 2 years of Manager experience
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Full command of English fluency
- Strong leadership, supervisory and coaching skills
- Strong commitment to deadlines and performance targets
- Ability to network, build and maintain strong customer relationships
