Reports to: General Manager
General description (Position summary): In charge of Business Development and Operating business from China & Asian Market
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Expand market share for ATV in indicated area
• Negotiating with suppliers, finding suitable new suppliers for China & Asian market
• Assist with ground coordination for MICE groups
• Corresponding with overseas travel agents and partners of the company and providing them accurate, up-to-date and correct travel information
• Creating new products and MICE itineraries that match the specific needs of Asian market; write periodically newsletter on product update
• Monthly sales report
• Ensure a smooth communication and cooperation with agents, enquiries must be responded within 24 hours to maximum of 48 hours
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all services are booked properly & solve clients’ complain (if any)
• Make courteous call for VIP clients when they are in destination
• Learn and use properly all aspects of our pricing and back-office “Passion” system
• Follow up the payment with agents not having credit facilities
• Keeping oneself informed about all tourism-related issues in your destination
• Performing any other duties requested by the management including sales calls

Yêu cầu công việc :

• University degree
• 5 years experience in Tourism
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong in negotiation skill
• Proficient in English & Chinese (Mandarin requested; speaking Cantonese is an additional advantage)
• Able to work in dependently and in a team environment
• Proficient in computer: Microsoft office, excel, internet and other useful software
• Enjoy high pressure of work, able to meet deadlines
