Mô tả công việc :

Perform engineering duties in planning and designing molds and tooling initial part drawing to final design.
Collaborate with other engineers, manufacturing or with customers on regular basis to establish and evaluate design concepts.
Ability to work with customers
Following specific tooling standards to create comprehensive 3D mold designs using Solid works or any other 3D software.
Overlaying part models and providing information for engineering changes.
Ordering mold bases, hot-runner systems and standard components.
High initiative be self-motivated and have the ability to act independently to resolve issues on technical matters.
Travel to our customer’s facilities in USA when required.
Finish works on time and in a professional manner.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Male or Female, age from 25 to 40.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering or related field
2+ years’ experience in mechanical design
Prefer having experience in Mechanical/Packaging/Electric/Electronic manufacturing field, material in sheet metal, plastic, pressing and injection molding.
In-depth knowledge of Solid Works 3D CAD software, Pro/E (Creo)
Extensive knowledge of metal fabrication processes
Understanding of current cutting tool technology
Good mechanical background and experienced in machining tools, pressing parts and sheeting metal parts is preferred.
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and have good team work
High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and enthusiasm
Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effective
Be willing to travel and be ready for travelling.
