We are a Tech-only co-working incubation space whose members work in the greenest 800-m2 Central Saigon office view and interact among a unique thriving and vibrant TECH community. We also host weekly networking events for members to help them widen their networking and feel connected.

We have a rare opening for a dedicated Co-working Community/Ops Manager to run our flagship concept space in HCMC where we are creating the region’s best of its kind collaborative workspace.
We need YOU,
if you are an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

You are a great leader:
-organize and coordinate office administration and procedures.
-ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
-office staff supervision and task delegation, manage internal staff relations
-Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
-Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
you are a Community Builder:
-Create a co-working community with a friendly, collaborative atmosphere where businesses can thrive and work together
-Support partner events held at the space to connect the coworking space with the ecosystem
-Develop & execute community activities that enhance the overall working experience
-Create retention plans to keep member occupancy steady and growing
you are a Sales Ninja:
-Work with the team to achieve 100% occupancy through finding new members and integrating them into the community
-Help manage inbound sales leads and generate new leads from various sources
-Give guided tours of the space to potential members & increase revenue opportunities across space’s products & offerings.
Were looking for a smart, organized, self-starter with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. We need someone who always wanted to learn how to run a business and take a leadership role in building this space and community.
