Mô tả công việc :

* This is a technical person that is assigned to tasks not directly related to day-to-day operations in the factory
* Time Studies
- Analyze assembly to improve efficiency
- Proposes alternate assembly processes to production manager
* Fixtures
- Assists in designing fixtures for assembly, injection, QC
* Sourcing
- Assists IC for sourcing components (technical details, finding suppliers, etc)
- Assists other departments in researching online for sourcing equipment, devices, etc
* Specifications – Documentation Control
- Receives new/revised specifications from customer
- Ensures documentation is up to date
- Communicates information with other departments, and suppliers
* Problem solving
- Work with related departments to Investigate root cause and propose counter measure
- Follow up standardize the contents of counter measure to procedure of departments.
* Tooling
- Manages information regarding tooling/TCI
* Materials
- Assists Accounting and IC in creating BoMs, consuming raw materials, creating sub-assemblies, etc

* This person will interact with many departments… IC, QC, Production (ASM & IM), Maintenance, Accounting
* Who will this person report to?
- For general tasks, evaluation, etc, upper management?
- For specific tasks
+ Documentation Control – process/procedure is by Quality Control Manager
+ Creating Part Numbers in ERP – process/procedure is by IC Supervisor
+ Creating BoMs in ERP – process/procedure is by Prod Manager
