JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of this job is to supervise and execute various maintenance activities for the upkeep of machines in the production floor. Process Maintenance supervisors are primarily responsible for the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. He/she is responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance engineers for the execution of various activities to improve the performance and reliability of process equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Job assignment and Supervision of Maintenance engineers
• Planning and execution of Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Coordination of activities with other departments, outside vendors and contractors.
• Calibration of Process equipment
• Fault diagnosing and corrective actions
• OEE monitoring and data analysis
• Preparation of maintenance WIN/SOPs
• Equipment installation and validation support
• Maintain adequate spare parts to eliminate breakdowns
• Machine performance and reliability improvement activities
• NC/CAPA follow ups
• Cost reduction and quality improvement activities
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Training and skill development of Engineers
• Conduct performance evaluation of engineers
• Observe and enforce safe work practice adherence and coach employees to work according to maintenance and safety SOPs
• Ensure the safe working environment for engineers and technicians

Yêu cầu công việc :

• University graduation in Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering
• Over 6 years of knowledge/experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in Industrial equipment maintenance
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Hands on experience in Electrical, Mechanical and pneumatic system maintenance
• Leadership skills
• Proficient in overseeing all activities within the maintenance department to ensure that they are managed within the set budget.
• Competent in collaborating with other departments to resolve maintenance problems to ensure that they do not adversely affect production.
• Ability to work effectively with other associates and contractors by using good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to respond with a sense of urgency and work effectively and productively.
• Ability to work in high places using ladders or lifts, and to work in tight or confined spaces for extended periods of time.
• Works independently and is capable of making routine decisions.
• Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication ability in English
• May be required to work on other shifts and/or willing to be “on call” as needed.
• May handle, collect, label and transfer hazardous wastes following established procedures and guidelines.
