Mô Tả Công Việc
- Ensure policy and processes for all key activities of VPDirect and developed and remain updated/ relevant. On approval, ensure adequate communication & training to all related stakeholders. (Key objectives are risk mitigation, time standards and consistency of control).
- Ensure the team develops and implements audit / quality checklists for each key activity. Ensure quality of all key activities are managed through these checklists by Dept Managers. Ensure compliance reports are received and reviewed with the Dept. Head as per agreed frequency. Ensure rectification plan for all identified shortfalls
- Ensure all software is fully tested and certified prior to deployment in the open market. Integrated testing must be on an end-to-end basis including all internal / external systems and human interventions (if any)
- Ensure all mass communication to customers is non-controversial, error free and complaint with local laws. Ensure call center agents are properly trained and equipped to deal with callers in a professional manner . Must also do ‘mystery calling’, analyze wait times, and play back of recorded calls to validate quality of interactions on an on-going basis

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of Relevant experience is required.
- Post Graduate qualification in General Business Management or similar. Professional certifications (highly preferred)
