SALARY (GROSS): 20,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. As Quality Engineering role:
1.1 Establishes, implements and maintains company quality systems in compliance with quality systems and practices.
1.2 Supports product quality improvement activities, including providing quality plans, reviewing and approving required artwork/ drawing and technical document, participating in risk management activities and project review.
1.3 Writes and reviews procedures and work instructions related to product quality. Define a methodology & guidelines for performing inspection activities and performing supplier audits at the supplier/ manufacturer’s site (as Supplier Quality Engineering role) if needed.
1.4 To be responsible for calibration of measurement equipment and managing calibration equipment list.
1.5 Ensures quality plans include provisions for establishing, verifying and maintaining manufacturing goals for existing and new products.
2. Assists with the complaint handling program, including customer complaints, corrective actions, (MDR’s) Medical Device Reports and product recalls
3. Maintains the quality metrics reporting system and ensures quality metrics data are identified and monitored.
4. Logs and maintains compliance of quality related logs and records.
5. Creates, analyzes and disseminates periodic trend reports.
6. Implements audits of quality control programs
7. Assist the Quality Manager to solve all issues of Quality department in case the Quality Manager is not at work
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc :

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Administration.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO requirements
JOB EXPERIENCE
• At least 2 year(s) experience in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent at manufacturing plant.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Good Verbal and Written English communications.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Manufacturing Medical Devices experience
• Six Sigma/Lean implementation experience
