Mô tả công việc :

AS WE ARE RAPIDLY EXPANDING, THERE IS AN URGENT NEED FOR 6 DATA ANALYST FOR OUR OFFICE BASED IN HO CHI MINH CITY
- Study and examine the client’s documents (in English) related to: annual service agreements, joint business plans, promotional trading agreements, accounts payable papers, financial forms…
- Based on pre-defined rules, process and capture the documents into structured data using our tools and templates
- Study the accounts payable data, sales data, receipts data… (taken from ERP systems, documents, invoices…) and process this data following the pre-approved guidelines into the working analysis files
- Analyse this data alongside various emails, documents… finding all discrepancies which have occurred between data and actual paper works
- Identify the root causes and provide detailed reporting for any discrepancies found
- Contact and discuss your findings with the project team or customers by e-mails, IM... and use our tools and all data available to resolve the discrepancies and attempt to recovery any funding which may be outstanding
- Handle various data checks, and perform a review to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Other assignments by line manager

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University degree in the related fields (Information System, Finance, Accounting…)
- At least 1 year experience in data analytics work
SKILLS:
- Excellent level of English (written & verbal communication)
- Detail-oriented, careful manner
- Good analysis skill, love to work with figures / data
- A good team player to effectively work in a dedicated team
- Able to work under high pressure with good change management skill
- Good at MS Office, especially Excel, basic MS Access
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries and SQL databases
