Mô tả công việc :

- Working at client site as a BA and a coordinator.
- Interact with the business users and work close with them to understand their business needs and opportunities. Gather requirements from clients then analyze and transfer them to development/operation teams.
- Daily working on system and project management. Collect and follow up system related issues, coordinate with the stakeholders to get the things done.
- Communicate solutions/ system features to the clients and show them how they meet their expectation. Proactively join multifunctional meeting and raise issues / solution on time. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met.
- Extensive knowledge of department processes (including internal client’s process & system)
- Work with 3rd party vendors and their integration (Payment gateway, SMS gateway, Trade-In, Installment, Live chat, etc.)
- Supporting any issues related to ecommerce business such as: pricing/stock issue, delivery issues, etc.
- Preparing and maintaining of documents, procedures, user guides, and business processes
- Regular reporting to RHQ(SDSAP) in Singapore

Yêu cầu công việc :

- With a Bachelor of Degree preferably in Computer Sciences, Information technology, or Engineering
- 2-5 years of BA experience in e-Commerce domain or related area as an individual contributor.
- Experience with SAP Hybris 6.0 platform is highly preferred
- Experience in SAP ERP is an advantage
- Willing to jump into details to understand how the systems work
- A strong will and a can-do attitude in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills
