Mô tả công việc :

* Pre-processing:

- Receive and check data from customer, Production Manager

- Make plan and implement projects.

- Write project documents.

- Training and ensure staff to understand clearly project requirements.

* Processing:

- Monitor and control the progress of projects. Suggest the corrective actions when having any problem.

- Solve problems regarding to working tools.

- Give ideas/suggestions to improve our system of the customer.

- Communicate directly with the customer pre mail, phone in needed cases.

* After-processing:

- Summarize, analyze, evaluate and response the working result of staff in group.

- Ensure the projects delivered in time and good quality.

- Solve any complaints/questions from customer related to projects

Yêu cầu công việc :

- English advanced mastery of oral and written business communication style and usage.

- Knowledge in Graphic Design, photoshop

- Ability to multitask and flexibility.

- Decision making skill, can analyze the information and data.

- Strong skills in creating project documentations, reporting and update and monitor them
