Job Profile Summary
Lead and supervise a group of quality and reliability Technicians to develop, troubleshoot, provide system improvement in order to ensure that quality product are produced by adhering to ISO9001 standards, UL product compliance, VDE (IEC Standards) and as per company policy and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Primary role of managing the Test and Reliability Lab operation at DMT site. Manage a group of Technicians in meeting quality and reliability objectives. Manage the implementation and maintain the calibration system for all required gauges and equipment. Support Incoming Quality inspection and Supplier/Materials Quality.
•Assures that abnormalities are responded upon and resolve root causes.
•Work with cross functional team on preparation of new product qualification according to standards.
•Work with relevant team in troubleshooting of quality and reliability related issues at the Lab.
•Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure copy smart philosophy is followed through within the DMT site.
Reporting Relationships:
•A group of Technicians supporting Labs Operation, Incoming & Calibration, In-process Quality and Supplier Quality.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Experience:
•> 8 years working experience manufacturing quality and reliability environment.
•> 5 years in people management experience
Education:
•Bachelor degree in technical field from an accredited program.
Required Skills/Competencies:
Behavioral:
•Good oral and written communication in English. Must be a global team player. Possess good analytical thinking skill. Possess good Strategic & creative thinking. Must be initiative and committed to achieve results. Must be customer oriented (internal & external). Possess good influencing skill.
Technical:
•Possess good problem solving skill. Excellent computer knowledge. Knowledgeable in ISO standards, VDE or UL requirements. Knowledgeable in of internal or external audits processes and requirements. Proven knowledge in statistical application. Safety & VDE Product Process & Testing (IEC Standard) requirements.
