OBJECTIVE:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to help our company recruit excellent employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fully in charge of recruitment development, execute proper recruitment plans and process to attract and hire talents at optimum cost.
- Meet with Heads of Departments to review their recruitment needs, ensuring they are following their manpower budget
- Welcome and introduce the newcomers, helping to conform themselves to the company’s culture
- Keep relationship with Labour Service companies and agencies to get the best price and promotion when using their services.
- Planning and submitting the yearly budget for approval from HR Director and BOD
- Submitting the suitable channel would be used to fill each vacancy in order to save cost
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, or other events
Yêu cầu công việc :
- University degree in Human Resources or other related majors
- At least 3 years’ experience as a head-hunter or a talent acquisition manager
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Strong in interpersonal and communication skill both in writing and verbal.
- Ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to manage time pressure.
- Good commands in English: Speaking, writing, and reading skills.
- Well-organized
- A leader and strategic thinker
