Phu My Hung was established in 1993 and has since become one of the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam with more than 1,100 employees.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role is to deliver the right talent at the right time to ensure that organization growth is well supported. Your responsibility mainly focuses on:
1. Recruitment:
• Looking for candidates through the recruitment channels: internal and external;
• Ensuring the recruitment process is done well;
• Developing and updating the candidate data;
• Building and updating all Job description for every position;
• Making the plan and monitor the annual recruitment budget;
• Uploading, Advertise the Job Opening through Social Media Channel;
• Support for HRM on recruitment planning and related cost management.
2. On-boarding Induction:
• Implement the induction for new employees about company information such as mission, vision, organizational charts, rules, and policies.
3. Employer Branding and Talent Attraction:
• Planning for recruitment events (Job fairs, Career day, Career talk…);
• Be in charge of the partnership with agencies, universities;
• Networking on social networks, HR forums/communities;
4. Other duties assigned by HRM.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment;
• Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills;
• Good at English communication;
• Customer-oriented, patient;
• Planning skill, good teamwork, and flexible communication.
