Mô tả công việc :

- Perform quotation, contract and cost estimated for maintenance service agreement and repair services.
- Develop good relationship with customers by regular and frequent customer visit for promotion of service sale.
- Prepare the plan/forecast and work closely with Service Manager and Service Team to perform and archive Service Sales target.
- Co-operate with the service field team about the performance and service quality to ensure meeting the demands/expectations of the customers.
- Following customer feedback regularly and ask for referral. Advise/consultant the customers on technical specifications.
- Attend necessary training if required.
- Comply with the company policies, procedures, rules, requirements and applicable local regulations

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Background: HVAC or relevant field engineer.
- Good capability of all English skills
- Good communication.
- At least two years experiences in HVAC field
- Besides HVAC, trading experience is advanced.
