Mô tả công việc :

+ Financial Reporting
Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial reports which comply with local Vietnam Accounting standard and tax requirements as well as the reporting requirements of the Head office.
+ Fixed Assets Reporting
Supervise and lead accountants to ensure that all transactions in Fixed Assets and Tools and Supplies are properly accounted for and including preparation of all monthly related schedules as and when prescribed by management.
+ Inventory Management/Stock take
Ensure proper and accurate costing of all company inventories including all raw materials, work in progress and finished goods. Periodic stock take and cycle counts should also be conducted to verify any discrepancies in the physical stock.
+ Costing
Data collection for Bill of Material (BOM) and updating the BOM as and when there is new part and updating product costing as required.
+ System Implementation & Improvements
Able to lead in a continuous improvement effort to ensure that system meets both user requirements as well as management expectations and liaised with our system maintenance when system encounter any problem and errors.
+ Corporate Tax / VAT Reporting / Year-end Audit
Ensure timely preparation of all required submission for Vietnam Corporate tax and VAT Reporting. Also liaise with external auditors on all annual audit matter & government tax auditors on all field audits.
+ Other Reports on Company Performance
To liaise and compile various reports from other departments and provide management with reports on the performance such as labour efficiency, production output, manufacturing costs and including other analysis reports as required by management from time to time.
+ Cost & Expense Audit
Base on needs, you may be tasked to audit the reasonableness of cost and expenses of the company.
+ Accounting Standard
To ensure all records and accounting entries are in compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standard
+ Accounting policies
To develop and recommend policies applicable in both Accounting for management review and approval.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Accounting Degree and trained in Vietnam Accounting regulation
• Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferable in manufacturing industry
• Good team player with effective communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to review process and implement changes for continuous improvements
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Willing to work at Phu Yen
