Mô tả công việc :

- Manage client accounts
- Perform full review of all new on-boarding accounts
- Maintain client relationship
- Hire new staffs as needed
- Research new accounting principles
- Increase productivity and efficiency
- Keep track and improve the bookkeeping process
- Build-up company procedures
- Monthly performance reviews with staffs
- Provide training for new staffs

Yêu cầu công việc :

- 5+ years experience in accounting / finance
- Managed at least 3 people before and had prior manager experience
- Great verbal and written English
- Excellent communication
- Experience from big 4 preferred but not required
- CPA Vietnam preferred but not required
- POSITIVE, HAPPY ATTITUDE
