Principle Accountabilities
- Ensure distributors to invest and implement all standards and core work processes related to Logistics areas and ensure distributor’s logistic organization has capabilities to provide best services to retailer customers with lowest cost to serve.
Reporting Relationship
- Reporting to Customer Services & Logistic Manager
- Coordinating with Regional Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Executive. Distributor
- Coordinating with Replenishment, Supply Chain Planning and Warehouse
Job Responsibilities
- Implement warehouse standards, its infrastructures, core work processes and guidelines to ensure FIFO, hygiene of products from distributor warehouse to outlets in assigned regions.
- Implement transportation standards, core work processes and guideline to ensure all stocks are delivered within 24 hours with lowest delivery cost from distributor’s warehouse to outlets in assigned regions.
- Implement all replenishment core work processes to ensure no out of stocks (high CSL), but less working capital on inventory (low DS) for distributors in assigned regions.
- Plans the structure, trains, develops and qualifies the logistic organization of distributor to ensure the capabilities to service best to retail customers in assigned regions.
- Other responsibilities as requested by CSM.
- Acts as an internal auditor for logistic and inventory parts.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Requirements
- University graduate
- At least 3 year experience in logistics and warehousing in FMCG companies/ Ecommerce
- Strong understanding of distributor management system such as DMS/WMS and other stock management system
- Training experience is a plus
- Excellent computer skills in Excel
- Strong communication, influencing skill and presentation skill
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
