Mô tả công việc :

- MIS & Analytics
- Generate and produce daily sales reports in agreed timelines
- Monitor and produce operational reports and management information, adhering to defined templates and ensuring compliance with information security protocols
- Be responsible for providing contest results in agreed SLAs
- Collaborate with Contest team to leverage data warehouse
- Assists in the design of new components of the information system and in revision of current components to meet changing information needs of management and funding sources.
- Be responsible for conducting and providing analytics as per management request
- Adhoc performance to support business such as Monthly distribution dashboard, Proposal preparation,…
Project Management
- Collaborate with relevant people and departments to suggest/develop suitable, innovative solutions to business needs.
- Collaborate with users to understand their requirements and create documentation including creative design briefs and functional specifications
- Anticipate potential project problems and dependencies, and effectively suggest solutions or contingency plans

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University/ Management degree preferred
- Analytics, MIS
- Strong management skill
- Strong analytical skill.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Good communicator, both English and Vietnamese.
- Result-oriented and work with high responsibility
- Able to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities as required.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Teamwork spirit
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytic/MIS
- High level of competence in data analysis and formulating reports in both data structure for presentation format.
- Excellent at MS Excel/Access/ Power point/SQL/VBA
