Mô tả công việc :

- Develop policies and promotion program, complete new financial leasing products.
- Planning and implementing business development plan.
- Participate in the development of business strategies.
- Plan to promote, maintain and develop the customer base.
- Directly develop new customers.
- Participate in building business units and distributing business resources. Establish a incentive program in business.
- Set business goals and assess the business performance of each business unit.
- Control the sales activities at the branches and monitor the progress of the target, provide professional support for the branch.
- Develop and promote marketing and promotion strategies, including selection of customer segments, implementation of advertising strategies, implementation of customer care policy.
- Summarize and analyze all types of business reports.
- Keep track of customer satisfaction level and resolve complaints.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Good knowledge of the financial sector and related aspects;
- Good knowledge of corporate financial assessment;
- Good knowledge of accounting principles;
- Good teamwork skills, able to work independently and highly focused;
- Qualification: Graduated from a full time university majoring in finance and banking;
- Foreign language ability: fluent in English;
- Computer literacy: proficient in using MS office application software;
- At least 2 years experience in the same position.

- Candidates with knowledge and experience in financial leasing; experience and knowledge of financial product development;
- Having knowledge of principles of accounting and auditing;
