Mô tả công việc :

Our well-known corporation in Consumer Goods field, is looking for Business Development Manager with the duties of the position will include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for growing existing accounts and developing new businesses in various industries in Vietnam
- Design processes and review implementation to ensure activities in line with company directions & controls.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs, make a development plan for the companys business
- Develop KPIs coverage and distribution
- Analysis of competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure all pre-sales and contracted activities are implemented on track
- Regular check-in on the progress, obtain alignment for next steps and follow through to deliver final outputs

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience in the business development position
- Market research experience is the advantage
- Experience in selling a solution, concept, and idea
- Excellent communication skills, especially in presentation, persuasive communication and proven ability to close sales
- Fluent English in speaking, presentation and writing
