Main Tasks
The Business Development Officer will be part of the EVBN Project’s Business Development and Services team. The service scope includes collective services such as sectorial Trade Missions and individual services such as tailored business partner searches or market researches. He/she will also support the EVBN team on other service-oriented tasks.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible to generate leads, and transfer them into individual services
- Responsible of the recruitment of companies for collective trade missions
- Preparation, execution and follow-up of tailored business services
- Understand European clients’ demands to provide adequate services
- Establish, deepen and retain contacts with Vietnamese stakeholders
- Autonomous organisation of trade/company missions
- Prepare information in a clear manner (Word, Excel and PPT)

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Very good English and Vietnamese language skills (written and verbal)
- Sales experience/ Experience in managing clients is a prerequisite for the job
- Very good understanding of the Vietnamese market and business culture
- Excellent business and/or market research skills
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable
- Understanding of and experience in B2B
- Consultancy work or market research experience is an asset
- Ability to understand requirements from different sectors / industries
- Very good communication skills/interpersonal skills
- Ability to bring in own ideas
- Ability to run projects independently and as part of a team
- Ability to deliver results under time pressure
- Reliable and precise working style
- Creativity and the desire to try new approaches
