Mô tả công việc :

- Have knowledge in terms of product and functional knowledge
- Give counselling to customers in person, on phone and by email
- Do telesales
- Handle customer issues
- Conduct customer service after sales: build up supporter network and strengthen relationship with students
- Manage counsellor team
- Supervise enrollment
- Supervise programmes consultations and sales activities
- Supervise customer payment

Yêu cầu công việc :

-University/College Degree
-Have working experience at educational centers
-Have passion in counselling/ consulting
