We are seeking Country Recruitment Manager to work in a fast moving, highly acquisitive global group which designs, markets and sells a new luxury resort applied internationally successful vacation concept in Vietnam.
The recruitment manager is responsible for the recruitment process and target assigned by Company. The process has to be properly designed and implemented. The manager builds a healthy relationship with internal customers and external recruitment vendors.
This position will be responsible for recruitment strategy and target fulfillment as well as efficient implementation of recruitment campaign of the Company from executive position to mass recruitment.
Responsibilities:
• Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
• Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
• Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
• Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
• Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
• Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
• Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters nationwide.
• Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
• Designs & delivery training in recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
• Scale of Recruitment Monthly: ~250 hiring/ month nationwide (80% junior and fresh graduates)
Yêu cầu công việc :
* Education:
University degree majoring in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
* Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record
Experience in mass recruitment is a must
Experience in working in international company with scale from 300 staffs
Experience in starting up a new corporation is a plus

Fluent English speaking & writing
Excellent computer skill
Excellent knowledge of HR regulation & Vietnam Labor Law
